Join ArtCan’s PR Team!

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our volunteer PR team. This flexible opportunity is a great way to develop skills in arts PR, marketing, media relations, and social media while supporting ArtCan’s mission and fellow artists.

What will you be doing?

This is a fantastic opportunity to: 

  • Gain hands-on arts PR and communications experience 
  • Assist with press releases, media outreach and supporting the creation of social media content 
  • Expand your professional network
  • Help grow ArtCan’s visibility and impact

Previous PR experience ideal, as well as enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to get involved and commit a few hours each month is required.

What are we looking for?

Ideally experience within the PR industry with an abundance of enthusiasm for the arts and supporting contemporary artists internationally and within the UK. 

Clear, concise communication and writing skills are required. 

What difference will you make?

Now in it’s 13th year, the ArtCan Trustee board are working on a growth strategy for 2026 and onwards. This strategy will focus clearly on the international development of the ArtCan programme and artist members and we are looking for PR volunteers to work alongside the board in delivering clear and exciting messaging of this strategy to external parties and audiences.
